Prof. Dr. Anja Jakobi
Prof. Dr. Anja P. Jakobi ist Inhaberin des Lehrstuhls für Internationale Beziehungen am Institut für Sozialwissenschaften der TU Braunschweig.
Sie war zuvor Senior Lecturer in International Relations, Royal Holloway, University of London, davor forschte und lehrte sie an den Universitäten in Bielefeld, Bremen, Frankfurt, und Darmstadt. Zudem war sie Gastwissenschaftlerin an der University of Bristol und in Stanford.
Ihr Forschungsschwerpunkt sind Internationale Organisationen und Global Governance, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf verschiedenen Formen globaler Kriminalitätsbekämpfung, nicht-traditionellen Sicherheitsrisiken und der Diffusion von Normen.
